3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project completion, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and project requirements.
- Submit content, manuscripts, and feedback within agreed timelines.
- Review and approve deliverables promptly.
- Ensure that any materials provided do not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Content Ownership
Clients retain full ownership of the original content, manuscripts, ideas, and materials they provide.
Work Created by Book Pro Publishing
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Book Pro Publishing reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
5. Ghostwriting Confidentiality
For ghostwriting projects:
- All work is treated as confidential.
- The client receives full authorship rights upon project completion and payment.
- Book Pro Publishing will not claim authorship of ghostwritten materials.
6. Revisions
Most packages include a specified number of revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in extra charges. Revision requests must remain within the original project scope.
7. Payments
- Projects typically require an upfront payment before work begins.
- Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment has been received.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
8. Refund Policy
Because our services involve custom creative work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may not be available for:

- Approved deliverables
- Services already rendered
- Projects delayed due to client inactivity

10. Publishing Disclaimer
Book Pro Publishing provides publishing assistance and support services. We do not guarantee acceptance by any publisher, bookstore, marketplace, or distribution platform.
Platform approvals remain subject to each platform’s policies and requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Errors resulting from information provided by the client
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Any work completed up to the termination date may be billed accordingly.
