Delivery Policy

At Book Pro Publishing, we are committed to delivering high-quality publishing and creative services in a timely and professional manner. This Delivery Policy outlines how project deliverables are provided, estimated timelines, and client responsibilities throughout the process.

1. Service Delivery Method

As a digital publishing and creative services company, all deliverables are provided electronically.

Project files may be delivered through:

  • Email
  • Secure cloud storage links
  • Project management platforms
  • Website access credentials
  • Downloadable digital files

No physical products are shipped unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The timeline for each project depends on its scope, complexity, and specific requirements. Delivery schedules are discussed and agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

Factors that may affect delivery include:

  • Project size and complexity
  • Number of requested revisions
  • Availability of client-provided materials
  • Client feedback and approval timelines
  • Third-party platform review and approval processes
  • Additional services requested during the project

Our team works diligently to complete all projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Clients will be kept informed throughout the project and notified of any changes that may affect the delivery schedule.

3. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on receiving all required materials from the client.

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Complete project requirements
  • Manuscripts and source files
  • Images and branding assets
  • Content approvals
  • Feedback and revision requests within reasonable timeframes

Delays in providing necessary information may affect project completion dates.

4. Revisions & Delivery Schedule

Projects that include revisions may require additional time beyond the initial delivery estimate.

The revision period begins once draft materials have been delivered to the client.

Timely feedback helps ensure projects remain on schedule.

5. Rush Orders

Expedited or priority delivery may be available for select services.

Additional rush fees may apply depending on project complexity and turnaround requirements.

Availability of rush services is subject to scheduling capacity.

6. Publishing & Distribution Services

For publishing services, delivery timelines may vary based on third-party platform review processes, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)
  • Apple Books
  • Google Play Books
  • Kobo
  • Barnes & Noble Press
  • Audible

Book Pro Publishing cannot guarantee approval times or publication dates controlled by third-party platforms.

7. Website Design & Development Projects

Website delivery timelines depend on:

  • Scope of work
  • Number of pages
  • Client feedback and approvals
  • Third-party integrations
  • Content availability

The final website is considered delivered once access credentials, staging links, or live website details are provided to the client.

8. Delayed Projects

If a project becomes inactive due to a lack of client communication or required materials for more than 30 days, Book Pro Publishing reserves the right to place the project on hold.

Projects inactive for extended periods may require rescheduling and could be subject to additional fees.

9. Completion & Acceptance

A project is considered delivered when:

  • Final files are sent to the client.
  • Website credentials or access are provided.
  • Publishing files are uploaded and submitted.
  • Final approved deliverables are made available for download.

Clients are encouraged to review deliverables promptly and notify us of any concerns within 7 business days of delivery.

10. Force Majeure

Delivery schedules may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Internet outages
  • Technical failures
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Third-party platform interruptions

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and resume work as quickly as possible.
